    High Energy

We put maximum effort into each day so we can maintain a healthy and sustainable work-life balance. Once we’ve created a clear plan for executing our work safely, we move with a purpose to finish on time each day, hit deadlines, reach more customers, and set a strong example for the next generation of electricians.

    Growth Oriented

Our people are career-oriented, with the curiosity and drive for continuous improvement. We want every new hire to become a journeyman, every journeyman to become a master, and every electrician to earn the opportunity to advance to Lead Electrician or take on a full-time Estimator or Project Management role. We regularly add new products and services to create value for our customers, and we need electricians who are hungry to develop new skills and expertise.

    Ownership Mindset

We’ve aligned incentives to ensure that everyone wins when the company wins, and that means everyone has a meaningful stake in the work we do every day. We put our names on every job. We speak up about risks and opportunities. This is a player-coached team that leads by example and holds each other accountable.
